Versatile in design and functionality, the RIDGID 37428 micro CM-100 Digital Clamp Meter is a True RMS and AutoRanging Digital Clamp Meter with a large capacity and measuring range. It can clamp around cables with up to a 30 mm outside diameter and measure current up to 1000A AC/DC. Besides measuring AC/DC Current, the micro CM-100 can also be used as a multimeter for 8 other functions and will provide clear and accurate readings on its large backlit LCD screen.Built for strength and ease of use, the digital clamp meter has a slim and double-moulded design that provides easy one-handed operation and convenient use in confined cable compartments. It offers automatic polarity indication, CAT III 600V overload protection, low battery indication and automatically powers off after 20 minutes of inactivity.The micro CM-100 measures DC and AC Voltage and Current, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Temperature, Continuity (audible signal) and Test Diodes. It has an AC/DV Voltage range of 400mV to 600V, a AC/DC Current range of 40A to 1000A, a Resistance of 400Ω to 40MΩ and a Capacitance range of 4nF to 40mF.
