Rite Farm Products 6 cone Quail processing station. Designed to efficiently and humanely dispatch and bleed out Quail. Rotary 6 cone station is more efficient at processing Quail at home, than anything else on the market today. Advanced design is made in the USA in Saltillo Texas. Cones can be added and removed from the hex cone mount to make it easy to use and to store when not in use. Everything comes apart and stores neatly inside the pan as pictured. Made from easy to clean plastic and aluminum. Pan is approximately 14 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches tall overall, and the cones are approximately 4 1/4 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches tall.

There are 2 different methods that can be used to process the Quail when using this station. Option 1: You can hold the bird face up and the cone upside down and place the cone over the upright bird. The bird will naturally poke it's head out of the cone for the head to be removed by processing shears. Then place the cone with bird on the stand hex mount. Option 2: You can leave the cone on the stand and place the Quail into the cone face down. Then pull head through bottom and remove head with processing shears. Depending on breed and user, it is best to try both methods to find what is most efficient and effective for you and the bird.
