- INVISIBLE FASTENING FOR PREMIUM DISPLAYS & ACOUSTIC PANELS: Achieve seamless aesthetics in high end environments with Dual Lock SJ4570, featuring an ultra-slim 0.47mm profile half the thickness of standard dual lock. Ideal for luxury displays, decorative acoustic panels, and graphic signage, its crystal-clear polyolefin base maintains a clean, minimalist look while supporting loads up to 15 lb/sq.ft. No screws, no bolts just invisible fastening that keeps premium interiors pristine.
- TOOL FREE ASSEMBLY FOR MEDICAL CARTS & ELECTRONICS ACCESS PANELS: Ideal for indoor environments and low to moderate temperatures (-20-158 °F), this fastener features a mushroom shaped interlocking system that enables precise, tool-free attachment on medical carts and electronics panels. A distinct audible “snap” confirms secure installation. Panels can be peeled apart easily for maintenance and reattached without adhesive residue. Tested for up to 150 open close cycles on ABS and polycarbonate housings.
- TEMPERATURE RESISTANT BONDING FOR AUTO TRIM & APPLIANCE COVERS: Ideal for automotive interiors and kitchen appliances, Dual Lock SJ4570 endures temperatures up to 158°F (70°C). It securely bonds to low energy surfaces like powder coated metals and plastics in humid environments. Perfect for attaching trim, dashboard panels, HVAC filters, or appliance covers no drilling required on stainless steel or painted surfaces.
- REUSABLE CUSHION FASTENERS FOR MARINE & UPHOLSTERY PROJECTS: Upgrade your marine or RV upholstery with reusable, water resistant fasteners. The self mating mushroom stems provide firm grip even under vibration, replacing staples and screws for boat seats, outdoor cushions, and patio furniture. Panels detach cleanly for washing or redesign, making them ideal for marine vinyl, leatherette, and sun exposed fabrics.
- RETAIL READY SHELF & SIGNAGE SYSTEMS IN 60 SECONDS: Create flexible retail displays in under a minute with Dual Lock SJ4570. Whether it’s POP signage, shelf systems, or exhibition booths, snap-in installation requires no tools. Supports up to 12 oz/ft on melamine or polycarbonate.
