Bipolar!

Shontell graduated from Texas State University, December of 2018 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in English Literature. She was medically diagnosed with bipolar disorder, general anxiety, and social anxiety. The poems in this book are from her experiences and how she felt through those experiences. She wrote this book because she believed that other people would want to feel like someone understands them. At times, she felt alone. This is not a book to diagnose anyone and is not a one-size-fits-all. The author is not a doctor nor claims to be. This is an emotional book, so read it with caution.
