- WRIST & ANKLE WEIGHTS, NO LEAKING SAND: Each pair totals 4.4LB (2.2LB each) of arm leg weights for men and women. Unlike sandbags that leak messy sand or shift during training, steel weighted plates stay balanced and evenly distributed throughout your workout.
- REMOVABLE PLATES, ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE: Add or remove steel plates to match your training needs. Use lighter loads for walking and Pilates, or build up for strength training — one set adapts across multiple intensity levels as your fitness develops over time.
- SNUG FIT, REINFORCED STITCHING: Each weighted plate stays firmly in position within the wrist and ankle weights. Reinforced stitching keeps the structure stable, so weight stays evenly distributed against your wrist or ankle without restricting motion.
- NYLON WEBBING & VELCRO LOCKED IN PLACE: Nylon webbing with hook-and-loop fasteners wraps firmly around your wrist or ankle. The adjustable design fits different sizes, staying in place without sliding or bouncing through walking, running, and workouts.
- MOISTURE-WICKING FOR EXTENDED WEAR: A skin-friendly inner lining reduces friction during extended wear, while the moisture-wicking outer layer draws sweat away and keeps you dry through long sessions. Durable construction holds up at the gym, home, or outdoors.
